We are expanding our range of selection by adding new products,though still if in case you do nott find the products you wish to buy,you can write to our customer support available via email.

No,there are no charges to register on Klothology.


How can I place the order?
You can search for products in different category Menswear,Womenswear and Kidswear.Once the product is discovered you should ideally go through all the descriptions provided in the listing and once satisfied you can click “buy” provided in the bottom and select the minimum or more quantity and buy.This will make you land on a screen with final amount on which you can review quantity and total bill and click on review and order to move further to a screen,in which you need to add the address of delivery,select mode of payment,share GST No.(If choose to) and finally place the order by “clicking on the order”
Will I get the proper invoice against my orders?
Yes we send with a proper invoice.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel the order unless the order is already shipped.
Do I have to pay anything extra other than the product cost?
Yes,other than the product cost,taxes are applied and further there is an additional charge for delivery service.
Do I have to necessarily give the GST No.in order to transact?
No, you can choose not to share GST no.for a purchase.


What if my shop is closed when delivery is expected?
Our Delivery Partner will make two attempts and constantly try to get in touch with the buyer to ensure successful delivery.Though if both the attempts are failed,products get shipped back to our warehouse.
What if my delivery is not done within expected time?
You can use the link to tracking id to figure out the exact status of the shipment or can write to Klothology Sales Executive.
What if I receive the damaged products?
The Buyer is expected to raise any of such concerns within 48 hours of delivery either by raising a return request or writing to the Klothology Sales Executive.
What if I want to reschedule the delivery?
Delivery can be rescheduled either via communicating it to the delivery guy or writing to Klothology Sales Executive.We do not hold shipments for more than 2 days after the dispatch.
Will I be contacted before attempting the delivery?
Yes,you will get a message on the day of the first delivery attempt once the shipment is out for delivery.
Which logistics will deliver the goods?
Klothology uses Fedex or any of our national/local partners .In whichever case,we ensure you own a good experience of delivery.
Do you offer doorstep delivery?
Yes, we ensure goods reach your doorstep.
Will I get to check the products before making the payment?
No, we do not support open box delivery. Though you will get fair chance of raising any concerns related to delivered products.
Can I use a different logistics partner other than offered by Klothology?
No, we do not support other logistics partner of your choice.


Can I pay by cheque or PDC in advance or delivery?
No, we do not support cheque or PDC on delivery.
Can I pay by Card on delivery?
No. Currently Card on delivery is not available.

Payments flowing through Klothology are completely safe and guaranteed.
I paid online,amount got deducted but did not get the confirmation?
Please write to “Customer Support” on Klothology sharing your payment id,they will revert you back quickly with the resolution.


What if I want to replace the product?
You can choose to write to our Sales Executive via email.
What if I receive the damaged or different product?
You can raise return request stating the reason in the email.
What if I did not like the product as much as I did in the pic?
You are allowed an option to purchase a physical sample before you place an order to check the quality and size measurements.
